Manage 34 patient contact hours weekly in a full-time, 4-to-5-day schedule with a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing up to 20 patients daily across family practice, same-day care, and occupational health screenings. Handle evening phone calls and one working weekend quarterly, supported by an in-basket Nurse Practitioner. Deliver care to all ages in a clinic featuring 32 exam spaces, on-site digital x-ray, and access to social workers, dietitians, and chronic care coordination teams.
