Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with diverse needs through acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health. Conduct weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate with teammates via daily huddles, and supervise NPs or PAs. Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. Maintain California state licensure and pursue board certification within one year of start. This full-time role in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, supports One Medical's mission to transform healthcare delivery through human-centered care and evidence-based practice.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
