Primary Care Physician (Pacific Heights) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Sign-on bonus available. Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in both in-office and tele-health settings. Provide in-office procedures and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles with in-office and virtual teams. Supervise one or more NP/PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states. Demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, effective use of technology in delivering care, and strong communication with diverse patients.
