Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for adult, senior, or mixed patient populations with an average volume of 17 patients daily. Manage chronic disease and preventive health initiatives including transitional care and diabetes management. Operate within a physician-led environment featuring strong clinical autonomy, reduced administrative burden, and team support from medical assistants and care coordinators. Utilize the Athena EMR system exclusively for outpatient services. Maintain Monday–Friday scheduling with no inpatient responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active or eligible to obtain a [State] medical license
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
