Job Summary
Provide equitable, value-based primary care to Medicare patients at Oak Street Health’s neighborhood clinics. Operate within a single medical center supported by a care team to prioritize patient outcomes and preventive care over service volume. Participate in maintaining EMR data (Canopy, Greenway), collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals, and direct center care operations with Practice Managers. New graduates are encouraged to apply; there may be opportunities for Center Medical Director for highly qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
