Job Summary
Manage acute and chronic conditions for a diverse adult patient population in a fully outpatient setting alongside three other physicians and a nurse practitioner. Partner with multidisciplinary staff to promote wellness across the panel while utilizing a unified, network-wide electronic health record integrated with hospital systems. Leverage secure EMR-integrated AI scribing tools to enhance documentation accuracy and reduce time in the EHR. Enjoy shared off-hour coverage via phone calls only with nurse triage, minimal on-call obligations, and daily management systems designed to solve problems at the practice level.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
- Have successfully completed Family Medicine Residency and be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
