Job Summary
Manage acute and chronic conditions for a diverse adult patient population in a fully outpatient setting alongside three physicians and two nurse practitioners. Partner with multidisciplinary staff to deliver comprehensive, team-based care while utilizing a unified, system-wide electronic health record integrated with hospitalist programs. Enjoy shared off-hour coverage via phone calls only with nurse triage and minimal on-call obligations. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with NY State License and Federal DEA
