Job Summary
Provide 32 patient-facing hours weekly in a 100% outpatient practice with a dedicated administrative day. Collaborate within a team-based environment supported by experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialty staff. Share call responsibilities, with home call only. Utilize a fully integrated Epic EMR platform enhanced by AI technology, including DAX Copilot, to streamline documentation. Work as part of Saint Luke's Physician Group, a physician-led organization serving the West Region of BJC Health across 65 specialty services in Missouri and Kansas.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE family or internal medicine physicians
- 100% outpatient practice
- 32 patient-facing hours per week
- dedicated administrative day
- Shared call responsibilities with home call only
- Access to a fully integrated Epic EMR platform
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- eligible for medical licensure in Missouri and Kansas
