Job Summary
Manage acute and chronic conditions for a diverse adult patient population while promoting wellness across the entire panel in a fully outpatient setting. Partner with a multidisciplinary team of three physicians, two APRNs, and one LCSW to deliver comprehensive, team-based care. Utilize a state-of-the-art, system-wide integrated electronic health record with secure EMR-integrated AI scribing tools to streamline communication and enhance documentation accuracy. Share off-hour coverage responsibilities among multiple providers with phone calls only, supported by nurse triage and active inbox management to maintain work-life balance. This employed position offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, and a hiring bonus.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Have successfully completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds Residency
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage
