Job Summary

Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, testing centers, and via telehealth. Conduct weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate through daily huddles, and supervise NPs or PAs. Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states. This full-time role is based in Austin, TX at the Congress Avenue clinic with a base salary of $235,100 - $281,100. Candidates must hold a Family Medicine residency and be board certified or eligible. Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
  • This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX at our Congress Avenue clinic
  • One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
