Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth. Collaborate daily with teammates through huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. This full-time role is based in Austin, TX at the Congress Avenue clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
