Job Summary

Manage a patient panel with broad needs through acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health. Conduct weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborate via daily huddles with in-office and virtual teams, and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues. Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. This full-time role is based at the Congress Avenue clinic in Austin, TX. Candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency, have practiced outpatient primary care for at least two of the last five years, and be board certified or eligible with certification plans within one year.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in Texas, obtained before your One Medical start date
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
  • This is a full-time role based in Austin, TX at our Congress Avenue clinic
  • One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
