Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via occasional tele-health. Collaborate with teammates through daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds while utilizing training to perform in-office procedures. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues to support the care team. This role requires a resident or physician with at least two years of outpatient primary care experience, board certification or eligibility, and a CT license. Based in Fairfield County, CT, this full-time position offers a salary range of $273,500 to $290,700 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CT, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Relocation assistance may be available for this role
- One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
