Job Summary

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via telehealth. Collaborate daily with teammates through huddles and weekly clinical rounds while utilizing specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues and obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states. Maintain board certification or eligibility with plans to certify within one year. This full-time role in Silver Spring, MD, requires a resident or practitioner with at least two years of recent outpatient primary care experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in Maryland, obtained before your One Medical start date
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
  • This is a full-time role based in Silver Spring, MD
  • One Medical participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
