Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health delivering value-based, patient-centered care to Medicare populations in an in-clinic setting. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients at local clinics, directing and administering primary care, prescribing medications, maintaining EMR data, collaborating with leadership to meet health quality goals, and directing the center care team. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Center Medical Director position may be considered for qualified candidates. Benefits include signing bonus and relocation support; schedule is full-time (40 hours/week) with typical workweek Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; focus on preventive care, low hospital admissions, and excellent patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
