Primary Care Physician

Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics, oversee primary care operations, and prescribe pharmaceutical treatments. Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway while collaborating with regional leadership to meet health quality goals. Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team, delivering value-based care to Medicare populations with a focus on low hospital admissions and preventive medicine. This full-time position requires a Medical Doctor with Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification, an active DEA license, and US work authorization.
