Primary Care Physician

Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health providing equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations in a neighborhood primary care setting. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing and administering primary care, prescribing and administering medications, maintaining Patient EMR data via canopy and Greenway, collaborating with regional leadership to meet health quality goals, and working with Practice Managers to direct the center care team. New graduates are encouraged to apply; there is potential for Center Medical Director consideration. Requires MD or DO, board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, active state license, active DEA license, and US work authorization. Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
