Job Summary
Provide primary care to Medicare patients within Oak Street Health’s value-based care model. Assess, diagnose, and manage care at local clinics; oversee and direct the center care team; prescribe treatments and manage medications; maintain patient EMR data (Canopy and Greenway); collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet quality goals; work with Practice Managers to direct center operations; role suitable for new graduates and may lead to Center Medical Director for highly qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
