Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health providing equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients at local clinics, overseeing and directing the center care team, prescribing and administering pharmaceutical treatments, maintaining patient EMR data via Canopy and Greenway, and collaborating with leadership to meet health quality goals. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Center Medical Director opportunities may be available. Anticipated 40-hour work week; full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Graduate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
