Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health providing equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations in a neighborhood primary care setting. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing and administering primary care, prescribing medications, maintaining Patient EMR data via Canopy and Greenway, collaborating with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals, and directing the center care team with Practice Managers. New graduates are encouraged to apply; opportunities may include Center Medical Director. Requirements: MD or DO, board certification (or eligible) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, active state license, active DEA license, US work authorization. Preferred: geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatrics, value-based care, outpatient primary care, bilingual skills where applicable. Anticipated weekly hours: 40; Time Type: Full time. Salary range: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 depending on experience/geography. Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
