Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics, oversee and administer primary care, and prescribe pharmaceutical treatments. Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via Canopy and Greenway while collaborating with leadership to meet health quality goals. Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers. Perform duties as assigned for Medicare patient populations in a value-based healthcare model. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a salary range of $174,070.00 - $374,920.00. Requires M.D. or D.O. degree, board certification, active state and DEA licenses, and US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
- Bilingual proficiency where applicable
