Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health providing equitable, value-based care to Medicare populations at neighborhood clinics. Lead clinical assessment, diagnose, and manage care with a large interdisciplinary team; maintain EMR data (Canopy/Greenway); collaborate with regional leadership to achieve health quality goals; outpatient, geriatrics-focused practice with potential Center Medical Director consideration; new graduates welcome; full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) in St. Louis, MO, with competitive bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
- Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
