Job Summary
Provide equitable value-based primary care to Medicare patients at a neighborhood center, overseeing a care team, diagnosing and treating patients, prescribing medications, maintaining EMR data, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet health quality goals. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, directing center care teams, coordinating with Practice Managers, and contributing to preventive care and patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
