Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health provides equitable, value-based care to local Medicare populations. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, overseeing and directing the center care team, prescribing and administering treatments, maintaining patient EMR data, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet health quality goals; 40-hour full-time schedule, outpatient primary care in a fast-paced, team-driven practice; requires MD/DO with Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (or eligible), active state license, and DEA license; bilingual or geriatrics experience is a plus. New graduates are encouraged to apply; role may include potential Center Medical Director consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
