Primary Care Physician

Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health to provide equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations at neighborhood primary care centers. Assess and diagnose patients, oversee and administer primary care, prescribe medications, maintain EMR data (Canopy and Greenway), collaborate with regional/central leadership to meet health quality goals, and work with Practice Managers to direct the center care team. New graduates encouraged; Fellowship in geriatrics and experience in geriatrics or value-based care preferred. Typical weekly hours: 40; Full-time role with competitive pay and benefits. The role requires an MD or DO, board certification (or eligible), active state license, active DEA license, and US work authorization; Center Medical Director may be considered for qualified candidates. Salary range: $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 annually.
