Job Summary
Manage a patient panel with broad needs by conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office, at testing centers, or via occasional tele-health. Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues while utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures. Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles with teammates for continuous learning and collaboration. Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states if desired. This full-time role in Noe Valley, CA, offers a base salary of $308,700 to $328,000, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, CME stipends, and paid sabbaticals.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
