Primary Care Physician (Noe Valley) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Managing a patient panel with broad primary care needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and tele-health delivery, and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams. Responsibilities include leveraging clinical training for in-office procedures, supervising NP/PA colleagues, and pursuing state licensure and credentialing for virtual care across additional states. Requires residency training in Internal or Family Medicine, board certification or eligibility with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year, CA state licensure before start, and at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care. Strong emphasis on human-centered care, effective use of health IT, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
