Primary Care Physician - Newark, DE

Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan at a full-service Family Medicine Center in Newark, DE, with a focus on serving medically underserved populations and a strong emphasis on preventive care and population health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain timely documentation in Epic EMR, participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives, build and grow patient panels, and contribute to practice growth and community engagement. Requirements include MD or DO from an accredited institution and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine) with eligibility for Delaware licensure. Full-time schedule includes 36 patient-facing hours with a 1:2 call schedule; duties include diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, patient-centered care, and coordination within a bilingual care team serving a diverse community.
