Job Summary
The Primary Care Physician, Partner (PCPP) is responsible for providing comprehensive care to a panel of patients, focusing on accountability for health outcomes and cost-effectiveness. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
- Current, active MD licensure in State of employment
- A minimum of 6 years clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting
- Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
- Fluency in English
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
