Job Summary
Review clinical history, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders for your panel of patients. Maintain your own patient roster while sharing call coverage with the clinic team. Collaborate with designated MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, and pharmacists to manage care gaps and support medication education. Provide 100% outpatient clinical services in South Portland with opportunities for flexible scheduling and productivity incentives.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
