Primary Care Physician Medical Director (MD/DO)

Primary Care Pod Medical Director at Carbon Health combines hands-on patient care with strategic leadership in a 4-day work week. In this role, you’ll provide ~30 hours of patient care per week (with a dedicated 10-hour admin day), lead and mentor physicians, PAs, and NPs, drive clinic strategy and quality-improvement initiatives, manage operational and financial aspects of the pod, oversee scheduling and payroll targets, and represent Carbon Health in community and marketing activities. You’ll work with CarbyOS and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and clinic operations, fostering a provider-first culture focused on delivering high-quality care while balancing leadership responsibilities across multiple sites.
