Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Primary Care at Graham

Experienced Primary Care Physician to join UNC Health Primary Care at Graham. Provide comprehensive preventive and acute care, manage chronic conditions (including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma), and address mental health needs within a primary care setting for medically complex adult patients. Works in a brand-new facility located in Graham, NC with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, onsite at 1207 E. Harden Street, Ste 108. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, NC medical license (or eligibility), and DEA/ACLS/BCLS certifications are required.
