Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at UNC Health Primary Care at Graham is sought to join a brand-new practice in Graham, NC. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive and acute services, managing chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), immunizations, women's health, annual physicals, wellness visits, and addressing mental health needs within primary care. Ideal candidates are Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active NC license and a strong interest in medically complex adult patients. Must be able to provide care in a physician-led health system and collaborate within UNC Health Medical Group.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients
- Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting
