Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Primary Care at Graham

Primary Care Physician sought for UNC Health Primary Care at Graham to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. The role requires Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with an active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one. The physician will deliver comprehensive preventive healthcare, acute and sick care, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, women’s health services, and management of acute and chronic conditions (including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma). The position emphasizes addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting and aims to support a high-quality, patient-centered care environment within UNC Health Medical Group, located in Graham, NC. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., onsite with a full-time work assignment.
