Job Summary
Primary Care Physician sought for UNC Health Primary Care at Graham to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensed or eligible to obtain a North Carolina medical license. Focus on medically complex adult patients with a role in addressing mental health needs within primary care. Services include comprehensive preventive care, acute/sick care, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, women's health, and management of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma). Onsite, Monday–Friday schedule with a full-time workload in Graham, NC, within UNC Health Medical Group. Benefits include a comprehensive package and incentive opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients
- Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Board certification in area of specialty; Licensure: North Carolina Medical License, DEA; ACLS; BCLS
