Primary Care Physician sought for UNC Health Medical Group at Graham, NC to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary care facility. Responsibilities include comprehensive preventive care, acute and sick care, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, women’s health services, and management of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma). Ideal candidate is board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active NC medical license and a strong interest in medically complex adult patients and addressing mental health needs within primary care.
