Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to adults in a brand-new UNC Health Primary Care at Graham clinic, including preventive care, management of chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, and women’s health, with integration of mental health needs. Collaborate within UNC Health Medical Group to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to building a new practice in Graham, NC. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, hold or be eligible for a North Carolina medical license, and are committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care in a physician-led, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong interest in caring for medically complex adult patients
- Demonstrated experience and interest in addressing mental health needs within a primary care setting
