Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Primary Care at Graham

Seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join UNC Health Medical Group’s newly established Primary Care at Graham. The role focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, with responsibilities including preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), immunizations, women's health, annual physicals, wellness visits, and addressing mental health needs within primary care. Ideal candidates are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, hold an active NC medical license (or eligibility), and bring a strong interest in medically complex adults and integrated mental health care.
