Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Health Primary Care at Graham

Seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join UNC Health Primary Care at Graham. The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible and possesses an active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain one). The role focuses on medically complex adult patients with an emphasis on integrating mental health into primary care. Clinical duties include comprehensive preventive healthcare, management of acute and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), immunizations, annual physicals and wellness visits, and women's health services. The position supports a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Graham, NC, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, onsite work, and competitive benefits and incentive opportunities within a physician-led UNC Health Medical Group.
