Job Summary
Provide exceptional primary care to patients in the Sumter community, managing an average of 20-25 patients daily with onsite lab and point-of-care testing. Deliver Family Medicine or Internal Medicine services under a team-based model that includes a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant and shared responsibility for sustainable workloads. Deliver care Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with Wednesday coverage extending to 12pm, while maintaining minimal call rotation. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted SC licensure
- Federal and state-controlled substance registration
