Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or geriatric patients, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive care and routine health screenings. Coordinate care with specialists and care teams, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. This role supports an outpatient-focused team within an established healthcare group in Northeast Florida, emphasizing quality, continuity, and a provider-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Active/eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
