Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients, including preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Diagnose and treat multi-morbid conditions while collecting and maintaining accurate patient records. Prescribe medications, administer therapies, and educate patients on treatment options and preventive health practices. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Work in an outpatient-only practice with an average of 15 patients per day and no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering excellent care, particularly to the geriatric population
