Manage a manageable patient panel with ample appointment times at Northside Family Medical Center, supported by clinical and administrative staff. Utilize the Elation EHR system for daily practice operations. This 1.0 FTE position requires an MD or DO with successful residency completion and board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics. The role aligns with the shared mission of ASAS Health and Alpine Physician Partners to transform senior care and restore the joy of practice through interdisciplinary collaboration and specialized resources.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Successful completion of residency program (IM, FM, geriatrics, etc.)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
- Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
