Job Summary
Conduct 36 patient-facing hours weekly, managing an average of 18 patients daily. Provide primary care in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics under APP supervision. Maintain equitable call rotation and utilize the Elation EHR for documentation. Meet all employer credentialing standards and hold board certification or eligibility in the corresponding specialty. This role supports ASAS Health's mission to transform senior care through interdisciplinary collaboration and state-of-the-art technology.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Successful completion of Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
- Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
