Primary Care Physician

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD/DO) to a diverse patient population in Toledo, OH. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, order/interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, chronic disease management, patient education on preventive care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop coordinated treatment plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to clinical protocol development, serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers, and build relationships with community providers and referral partners. Requires board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and an active Ohio Medical License with a DEA license. Salary ranges $200,000–$240,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits; full-time schedule Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month.
