Job Summary
Primary Care Physician needed to provide holistic outpatient medical care to a diverse patient population in Crestview, FL. Responsibilities include seeing 18-20 patients per day, Monday through Friday (8am-5pm), with no on-call, nights, or weekends. Requires board certification/eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, and an active Florida license. Required Qualifications
