Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population in Columbus, OH. Provide patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning within a multidisciplinary care team. Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management, and support medication adherence. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated treatment plans, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a collaborating physician when needed. This role requires Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and an Ohio license, with a Monday-Friday schedule and one Saturday per month.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and Unrestricted Ohio Medical License
- DEA License
