Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician role (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) delivering comprehensive care including patient evaluations, physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and disease management; collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care; board certification/eligibility and an active Ohio license required; full-time with one Saturday per month; telemedicine access offered as part of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
