Job Summary
Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model with a patient panel capped at 750. See about 18 patients per day, Monday–Friday with one remote work-from-home day per week, limited call, and a strong support network including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers. The ideal candidate is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, focused on high-quality, relationship-driven care for older adults, with a collaborative team and predictable hours in Brockton, MA. Compensation includes an excellent base salary plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
