Job Summary
Conduct routine check-ups, examine ill patients, and evaluate symptoms to determine conditions. Prescribe medications, interpret lab tests, and provide administration instructions. Collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers while referring patients to specialists when needed. Give advice on healthy habits and treat injuries. Maintain strong knowledge of infectious diseases, medication side effects, and legal medical guidelines. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, their symptoms and epidemiology
- Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Compassionate and approachable
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
